American Geography Quiz
If you do the States Quiz, you can quickly click on each state as its name appears on the screen.  If you do the Capitals Quiz, you choose the capital for each state from among four choices.  Don't do the Cities Quiz - it will only confuse you, as it includes major cities in each state.  Capitals are not always the biggest cities in the states.

Fun School Games
These games are a little hard to get to, and there are a lot of ads on the page.  But they are worth the extra effort.  Click on 3rd & 4th Grade.  Then from the list choose with Capital Field Trip or US State Detective.  Both games start with a blank map of the United States.  In Capital Field Trip you are given the name of the capital, and then you click on the outline of the state on the US map.  In US State Detective, you are given the name of the state and you have to click on the outline of the state.  Both games are timed.
